This course provides you with the knowledge and understanding of how to handle objects safely reducing the risk of potential injury. This course is tailored to suit your specific needs.

The practical elements of this course are essential as they provide you with vital hands-on experience. It is important that you are physically able to take part in the practical parts of the course.

The HSE requires you to attend the full duration of the course to be eligible for evaluation. You will also be required to complete a short questionnaire at the beginning of the session.

You will be continually assessed throughout the duration of the course by one of our qualified trainers. Upon successful completion you will receive a Moving and Handling Certificate valid for three years.
