At current our website is only able to receive orders and shipped to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. If you are from the Republic of Ireland or any other part of the EU and wish to order an item from our website, please call 0845 862 9500 to place your order (Restrictions apply - See below).

PRODUCT SALE RESTRICTIONS

Please be aware with some manufacturers we have territorial agreements in place. This means certain products for delivery to certain areas of the UK or outside the UK may not be available.

DELIVERY & PROCESSING CHARGES

Our delivery charges are based on the delivery address and the cart value before VAT.

The following charges apply to addresses in England, Scotland & Wales (including Channel Islands):

• Total order value equal to or less than £99.99 ex. VAT: 
  DPD Standard Delivery: £4.95 / DPD Express Delivery £5.95
  
  
• Total order value equal to or more than £100.00 ex. VAT:
  DPD Standard Delivery: FREE / DPD Express Delivery: £4.95

Northern Ireland is excluded from free and express delivery services with the following charge applicable:

• DPD Parcel £24

Large items/bulky orders which require specialist logistics are exempt from the free delivery offer and may incur additional surcharges.

We reserve the right to alter delivery & processing charges without notice.

The delivery and processing tariff's above are exclusive to online orders only that are paid in advance of receiving the goods.

PREMIUM RATE DELIVERY SERVICE

Primary Care Supplies may offer premium rate delivery services on some items. These include same day, guaranteed next day, timed and weekend deliveries. Depending on the items being purchased, these delivery options may be available to purchase at checkout. Please call 0845 862 9500 for same day delivery service.

DELIVERY SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

Primary Care Supplies uses Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery and DHL Courier Services for the shipment of goods. Goods size, weight and value will determine what service will be appropriate for shipping.

Where the designated couriers service coverage and capacity at the time allows, we endeavour to ship orders for a next working day delivery providing the order is placed and settled by a way of payment or purchase order on a working day by 12 noon. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday. Primary care supplies uses third party couriers for delivery of goods and therefore cannot guarantee that orders will arrive on a next day delivery. Delivery and processing charges are non-refundable. Liability for any claim for non-delivery of goods for customers who have paid for a premium rate delivery service is limited to the fees paid by the customer. 

Lead times may vary for non-stock items of which the customer will be notified.
